I cannot say enough good things about both our experience with Mercante Brothers Pools and the product itself. I cannot say enough great things about Mercante Brothers and the work they did for us this summer. We had an inground pool installed and they also poured our concrete patio. These guys do not mess around, they tell you everything up front, the way it is and they get busy at it. They are ALWAYS on time, work hard even in heat advisories and stay at it until the job is done. I was so amused when I would get home from work and peek in the back yard, I would always exclaim 'WOW'. They were able to accomplish so much so quickly! When we text them, they answered promptly, there was not ONE thing they said they'd do that wasn't done. Even other contractors involved in the project (gas fitter, electricians) would come into the yard and comment on the good work Mercante's had done! There was no stress with our backyard reno because we chose them to do the work. They were a pleasure to hire and even quite inspiring to watch! Anyone else you hire to do an inground pool will only be second rate. They started to dig on Aug 3 and we were swimming 15 days later! I should note, even the concrete patio is quite large and was an after thought. We originally were going to go with a company who couldn't do it until October. Mercante Brothers have integrity and they put their heart and soul into their work. Thanks Mercante's.

The Mercante Brothers installed our pool in the summer of 2020 and they were fantastic. They delivered a beautiful and high-quality pool on time and within the original budget with no added fees. 3 years ago I would highly recommend the Mercante Brothers if you are considering a pool in your backyard. After a nightmare with another concrete contractor we put our trust in this company and they did a fabulous job. It's very rare to come across individuals that are exceptional in their workmanship, exceptional in their customer service and exceptional in their commitments to their customers. We were fortunate enough to have worked with individuals like this, the Mercanti brothers Carlos, Ronaldo and their team. From the very first discussion through to the final implementation of our pool and our new backyard they were informative, provided amazing suggestions, kept to their committed schedule, and went above and beyond to ensure they met our expectations. The end result is exceptional, the quality of our pool and yard is amazing, they are true experts in their field and knowing they built our pool and yard left us with tremendous confidence.
